At Gilgit Herbs, we offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for orders due to a change of mind.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
